to be fulfilled and am very disappointed with British Essentials. Perhaps you could tell me what is happening, eight days ago you said my order was on its way if this is the case where is it?? If I do not receive it this week I shall be making a complaint about your business and the shoddy way you treat customers-Jackie Whittaker
